Game Variants
Roulette Types Available at ez96
Each roulette variant has slightly different rules and feel. Understanding the differences helps you choose the table that best suits your playing style.
European Roulette
A wheel with a single zero slot (0). This is the most popular variant among Malaysian online casino players due to its lower house edge compared to the American version. A good fit for beginners getting familiar with roulette betting.
American Roulette
A wheel with two zero slots (0 and 00). This variant offers more unique betting options such as the basket bet, suited to players who prefer a higher challenge and a wider range of non-standard wagers.
French Roulette
Based on the European wheel, French Roulette adds the La Partage rule — if the ball lands on zero, half of all even-money bets are returned to the player. A strategic choice for more experienced players.

Strategy Guide
Roulette Betting Tips for New Players
No strategy guarantees a win in roulette, but understanding the basics of betting can help you manage your bankroll more effectively.
Understand the Bet Types
Inside bets (straight, split, street, corner) carry higher payouts but lower odds of winning. Outside bets (red/black, odd/even, 1–18/19–36) win more often but pay out less. Start with outside bets to get a feel for the pace of the game.
Set Your Limits
Before sitting at a table, decide on your loss limit and win limit. When either limit is reached, stop playing. This is the most practical way to avoid losses beyond what you can afford.
Choose the Right Table
European and French Roulette have only one zero, making them a better option for players who want a lower house edge compared to American Roulette which has two zeros. Choose a table with a minimum bet that fits your account balance.
Control Your Bet Size
Do not wager more than 2%–5% of your balance in a single spin. This approach extends your session and gives you more opportunity to read the table before increasing your bet size.
